HYm4616C7 Dual Interface CPU security chip is a 32-bit CPU security chip , providing EEPROM and RAM memory. It supports for ISO/IEC 14443 TYPEA and ISO/IEC 7816 communication protocol. 320KB ROM, 80 KB EEPROM, 10 KB RAM. 128bit true random number generators. Supports DES/TDES, RSA (up to 4096), ECDSA algorithms, SHA1 algorithms, and SHA256 algorithms, supports ECC algorithms(up to 256bits) ,and supports SM1, SM2, SM3, and SM4 algorithms.
