HYm4616C6 dual interface CPU security chip support for ISO/IEC 14443 TYPEA and ISO/IEC 76 81T=0/T=1 communication protocol. It includes 8bit CPU、256Bytes IRAM、32bit random number generator、M1 coprocessor、DES/3DES algorithm、SSF33 cryptographic algorithm、SM1、SM3 algorithm and the highest 2304bit RSA algorithm. Card program memory is 50KB ROM、40KB EEPROM、3216Bytes XRAM.
